Beni Kedem Shrine Temple was founded on June 23, 1896. We are a group of men with ties to the Masonic Fraternity, who are dedicated to Brotherhood, Family, Fun and our Philanthropy Shriners Hospitals for Children, which has been rebranded Shriners Children’s.
If you are interested in being a member, you first must be a Mason.
Shriners have strong ties to our communities. I am sure yo uhave seen us in parades (WE LOVE TO PARADE!). Aside from parading. we enjoy various events at our Temples, and fundraising for our Philanthropy, as well as our Temple.
We have several Shrine Clubs around the State of WV, and several units within the Temple. Again you may have seen the Highlanders, Oriental Band and Directors Staff in parades. The Chefs Club provides meals for States Sessions, and is available for in house caterings. Do you have an idea for a unit? We can helpyou get a new one started.
Shriners Children’s Hospitals is our passion. Beni Kedem transports Children to and from Shriners Children’s Lexington and Shriner’s Children’s Dayton, for treatments and follow up appointments, regardless of the families ability to pay.
